Who we are
Torrance Wood Flooring (torrancewoodflooring.com) is a referral service for wood flooring work in Torrance, CA. We don't install or refinish floors ourselves: each request goes to one independent local contractor. Send questions about this policy to info@torrancewoodflooring.com.
What we collect
- The estimate form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you choose and your description of the job. Before the form sends, you tick a box agreeing that we may pass the request on.
- Phone calls: when the site shows a phone number, calls run through a call-tracking service that logs the calling number, the time and length of the call, and may record it. If an automated assistant answers a call we can't take, it says so at the start.
- Site visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The site sets no advertising or remarketing cookies.
How we use it and who receives it
Your details are used only to connect you with a contractor about the job you described. Each request goes to one independent local flooring contractor, who reaches you by phone, text or email to set up an estimate. After that, the contractor handles your details under their own privacy practices.
Service providers process the details on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and form delivery), our email provider and, where calls are tracked, our call-tracking and answering providers. We don't sell your details or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Form requests and call records are kept for up to two years so we can answer questions about a referral, then deleted. Ask, and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your choices and California rights
Email info@torrancewoodflooring.com to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. California residents can also ask what personal information we collected and why, and can ask us not to sell or share it (we don't). We won't treat you differently for making a request. Tell the contractor directly if you'd like them to stop contacting you.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
